Payment & Postage for Australian customers
Payment
Australian customers have the choice of several payment options:
- Direct Deposit - Must be paid directly after purchase order. Payment will take approx. 2-3 business days to clear.
- PayPal - Instant payment with PayPal secure payment system with either a paypal account or credit card.. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, all you need is a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
- Money Order - Must be sent within 5 days of your purchase order.
Postage
JAC Fashion Accessories uses Australia Post for every delivery. Parcels will be sent within 48hours of receiving payment.
1gm to 500gm (approx up to 4 - 6 items per parcel)
- Parcel Post Satchel - 1 - 6 working days: $6.00
- Express Post - Fastest possible delivery: $8.00
- Registered Post - 1 - 6 Days depending on location. Includes up to $100 insurance: $9.00
501gm - 3kg (approx up to 8 - 12 items per parcel)
- Parcel Post Satchel - 1 - 6 working days: $10.00
- Express Post - Fastest possible delivery: $11.50
- Registered Post - 1 - 6 Days depending on location. Includes up to $100 insurance: $13.00
Delivery Address
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
Failure of Delivery
JAC Fashion Accessories is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch. Registered post is highly recommended.
Payment & Postage for International Customers
Payment
International customers are to pay via credit card or PayPal only.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. If a shipment is returned to JAC Fashion Accessories for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking fee.
Postage
1gm to 500gm (approx up to 4 - 6 items per parcel)

- Registered International - Approx. 5 - 10 business days: $22.00
501gm - 750gm (approx. 5 - 12 items per parcel)
- Postage Parcel - Approx. 5 - 10 business days: $23.00
- Registered International - Approx. 5 - 10 business days: $28.0
Refund / exchange Policy:
JAC will offer a 100% money back guarantee or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase (postage is not refundable).
Products must be returned within 7 days in original, unworn condition with tags attached. They must be sent back within the same box and packaging in which it was sent to avoid breakages. If we receive your item/s back broken due to poor packaging we will not provide a refund or exchange and your items will be sent back to you.
When exchanging your items please provide a pre-paid postage satchel so your new items can be sent back to you.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons earrings will not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
Prices:
- Products and prices listed may change at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to change prices and amend incorrect prices due to any errors.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery by normal post takes approximately 1-6 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) within Australia and 2-3 weeks for overseas orders. However, deliveries may vary depending on the postage option chosen.
- If an order is placed after 3.30pm, delivery times begin the following day.
- All effort is made to deliver on time, however we take no responsibility on any delays that may occur on Australia Post’s or Custom’s behalf.
- No responsibility will be taken for breakages that may occur during delivery, although all care is taken to package products for transit.
Delivery Disputes:
- All disputes in regards to the delivery of an order must be made within 48hours of receiving your parcel. This includes incorrect deliveries, missing products and damages (if insurance has been chosen). No responsibility will be taken for claims made after this period.
Postage Weight / volumetric Limits:
- Should your order exceed allocated weight or volumetric limits for postage we will contact you with a postage quote.
Allergic reactions:
- JAC Fashion Accsessories takes no responsibility to customers who have an allergic reaction to our products. People can be allergic to any type of material / metal including brass, copper, aluminum, gold or silver. It is recommended that if any jewellery causes any discomfort, such as reddening of the skin, itching, burning, blistering or rash at the site of contact, you should discontinue using the product and seek medical advice. You should also seek a metal allergy test from your physician to make certain you know what metal is causing the reaction for your future shopping reference.
Product imperfections consistent with hand-made jewellery:
When looking to buy handmade jewellery keep in mind that each piece is made by hand, so don't expect perfection. In fact slight imperfections only enhances individuality and uniqueness.
All JAC Fashion Accessories are hand-made therefore any slight imperfections that are not classified as faulty are:
- Indentation marks on the rims of the brass bangles from hand tooling.
- Very fine surface scratches on resin bangles consistent with filing and polishing.
- Slight colour inconsistencies due to colour staining.
- Slight tarnishing or tarnish spots (can be easily corrected with a brass cleaner, please read caring for your jewellery section).
- One earring may be slightly different from the other one as they are hand tooled.
- All items will vary slightly from their product picture due to each item being hand-made.
